ERNEST H.SHEPARD Original pencil and pen drawing "Sitting on the Dustman's knee" pg 50 "Drawn from Memory" 1957, exhibited in "Some British Illustrators". Signed EHS on the drawing, with Shepards name and address in his own hand on the original card back of the plain oak framing. Label of JS Maas & Co Ltd dealers in Fine Art London. This little drawing has excellent provenance with signatures, and Shepards own writing on the reverse. A clean and tidy drawing with an amusing image. Delightful.
