First edition .8vo 144pp unnumbered. Almost disbound
but preserved in the remains of the original binding,
front board present, rear board lacking but leather
remaining. A few leaves with worming , and browning/
dampstaining throughout. A binding project .Label on
front pastedown "From the Library of Christopher
Rowe". An interesting work, consisting of no more or
less than a list of the worthies who had to pay to
retain their estates after the civil war, and the
amounts that they had to pay. Two blanks called for at
end, one (verso of last leaf) present, so probably
