Some small nicks to the spine fron disbanding, light toning, rear page slight damage to top corner, otherwise Near Fine condition- crisp and clean. The paper has fullest coverage of QUEEN CAROLINE, with details of meetings(one chaired by Mr Hobhouse) Baron Ompteda, green bags etc . There is a nice piece on Naval Privileges, and another on Thames watermen and Lightermen. The King gets a good mention too, on his visit to Cowes. A very full paper with lots of interest at this time of constitutional crisis.
