OAK CARVING of HOPS ON VINE
A carving of a hop vine, showing leaves, hops and
curling tendrils. Approx 33 cm tall, 13cm wide and
13cm deep at maximum. Shows evidence of attachment by
clasp nails, with a painted number 13 on the back of
the piece. Other parts of the carving would have
attached to the lower front of the carving. Some minor
damage on the top part of the carving with a missing
leaf tip and a crack in another leaf. A charming
ornamental piece- quite heavy, and so requiring
