Pp4 in 5 columns, Very Good condition.The newspaper carries the story of the ascent: Mr Graham makes an ascent from the gardens of The Golden Eagle in Mile End, London. The inflation begins at 12 0'clock,and is completed at about 5p.m. Mr Adams and a Mr Penny pay for a ride, and at the launch the balloon rises rapidly, and in ten minutes is out of sight. The passengers experience rain, snow, hail and sunshine and at length descend near Wimbledon, returning to Mile End at about eleven o'clock.
