THE QUEEN CAROLINE SCANDAL AND TRIAL
A collection of fifteen newspapers relating to the
trial of Queen Caroline.
Printed and Published by T.A.Phipps1820
This is a reallly good collection of papers for
anyone researching the trial of the Queen, or indeed
anyone who enjoys a good scandal. The first paper
presents evidence of an Italian workman who has
observed the Queen sitting with breasts uncovered
with Count Bergami's arm around her neck, and the
story develops in subsequent issues with excellent
coverage throughout.Perhaps that should be
uncoverage? All the papers are in Very Good plus
condition, all are original and complete, small nicks
to the spine from disbinding only .Further details if
required upon request. Please note- our image only
shows a part of the collection.
